We are a home based business selling at the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.

Due to the nature of the packaging and new government laws, regarding nutritional information, new bags were designed and printed, and the entire range of jerky was sent away for nutritional analysis by Food Science Australia.

The business is run from our farm, with accreditation from the Northern Territory Government’s Department of Primary Industry, Fisheries and Mines. We have a specially outfitted processing room, where all the jerky is processed and packaged, adhering to the strict HACCP regulations.  We are regularly audited by Department of Primary Industry, Fisheries and Mines.

Today Top End Jerky continues to be sold throughout Australia and now the world, with the establishment of this website. Since its establishment, Top End Jerky has successfully earned a solid reputation for making quality, tasty, 100% natural Jerky.
